Our bike tour couldn’t have been better! Our lodging was very nice with swimming pools. delicious breakfasts and located in nice small towns w lots of restaurant choices. The bike fitting and day 1 ride went well. The next four days of riding were planned well; varied distances and difficultly, good options for lunch stops and very good support! Caterina always knew where we were, met us several times per day w water, snacks, encouragement and took photos of us. She also helped us w dinner reservations and made arrangements for us to go to a wine tasting at a lovely family owned winery. Part of our tour was to visit a Hazelnut family owned farm, which was a nice break in our day and was fun. We were happy w our choice of using gravel ebikes , they were perfect for our ride distances and elevation gain. The computer with our riding route worked out fine and we appreciated having Garmin Radar lights on the bikes. I look forward to doing another tour!

Bob was an amazing guide and companion. The Dolomites and Stelvio trip was great and included some bucket list rides. I would absolutely take another trip with Cycling Hero and will be looking at the list of trips for next year! The hotels were really so much nicer than expected, especially for the price. The rides and support were great. Bob seems to know every bit of the routes and knows the towns we stayed in really well. I am looking forward to another trip with him and strongly recommended this tour company to anyone considering them.

We contracted with Cycling Hero to provide SAG support and transfer our luggage on a 8 day cycling trip during which we changed hotels everyday. The support was outstanding and due to the hot weather, we needed a lot of it. When unexpected situations arose, Bob, of Cycling Hero was a real hero in those moments.

This was my second trip with Bob and Caterina, and once again, it was simply amazing. The support, planning, organization and routes were all absolutely spot on. They take care of every detail, allowing you to simply enjoy the riding and the experience. I can’t recommend Bob and Caterina highly enough and would happily travel with them again!
